19 women gathered for our first Womens Luncheon for 2010. The event was so well received another is planned in July. The women enjoyed a wonderful afternoon with lunch, dessert, drinks and a complimentary gift included in the entry fee. The extension of Spine St via Wolston Rd to Wacol Station Road was officially opened Friday 9th October. UBD ref map197 J-16. Cr Matthew Bourke on behalf of Lord Mayor Campbell Newman presented the Chamber with a magnificent framed certificate of appreciation for our efforts involved in bringing this first class road to fruition. The Certificate of Appreciation will be on display at our central business storage facility at Centenary Business Services Limestone St Darra.
