Providing a professional maintenance service to the local community. There is no job too small. We pride ourselves on offering the best service we can and always a top-quality job.
What are your business' core values and vision?
Our core values are to provide the best quality work with great customer service. Our vision is to be a household name when it comes to property maintenance. A great reputation and peace of mind knowing the work will be done to regulations and no shortcuts taken.
What are your business' goals?
Our business goals are to have a successful business which can offer a variety of services to the local community. We want to be the company people call first because of our reputation.
Why do you do what you do?
We are passionate about providing great work and great customer service. Not only does it make the customer feel positive that they are getting the best, but we also get great pride from offering a professional service and making sure our customers are happy. We love being part of a great community and offering a professional maintenance service to the community make our hearts sing.
What do your clients/ customer love most about your service?
Our customers love how easy we are to deal with. There is never any issue if the customer changes their mind or are not happy with something. We will do what is required to ensure when we leave a job the customer is pleased. That's what gives us repeat business. Money can't buy that sort of advertising as they tell all their friends and family how professional we are and how easy we are to work with. A lot of our work is repeat business or referral work from someone who was happy with our service and workmanship.
